Enjoy Kevin Hart’s luxurious resort paradise in California with more than $10 million in real estate
Welcome to his jungle! Kevin Hart, his wife Eniko Parrish, and their blended family live in a beautiful Calabasas estate. The Jumanji star built the Spanish-inspired villa from scratch for the couple and their children, Heaven, Hendrix, Kenzo, and Kaori.
Velvet Ropes found property documents showing Kevin bought a 26-acre tract in a gated enclave near the Santa Monica Mountains for $1.35 million. According to building permits, the Emmy contender started building a 9,623-square-foot home in April 2017 and spent roughly $4 million more.
Kevin’s Instagram suggests the star moved in by June 2018, although construction is unknown. Son Hendrix and daughter Heaven, whom he has with ex-wife Torrei Hart, were filmed in their magnificent living room. The father-son combo danced adorablely in front of a gray couch, flat-screen TV, and modern furnishings.
Fun Sunday with the family! Wishing you everyone a wonderful and good day,” the loving dad captioned the image with several Face with Tears of Joy emojis. “My hamstring killing me. Why do kids enjoy this stupid dance? See our portrayal of Heaven dancing at the end.”
Kevin’s two-story home has numerous bedrooms, baths, a formal dining room, a chef-style kitchen, a playroom for his kids, and more. The comedian’s home has several luxuries, including a private indoor gym and multiple entertaining rooms.
The backyard is equally appealing as inside. Kevin incorporated a basketball and volleyball court in the layout because his property is 26 acres. The outdoor area is a 650-square-foot open cabana with a patio and a magnificent pool with a 100-square-foot spa.
Kevin frequently posts adorable images of his kids on social media, giving admirers a glimpse into his luxurious home. In February, the Die Hart star, who has Kenzo and Kaori with Eniko, danced in his kitchen. “Friday Turn Up,” he captioned. “Live, love, and laugh…let’s goooooooooo.”
