Rick Ross recently paid $35M for a waterfront mansion on Star Island in Miami

Rick Ross will spend up to $37 mιllιon to рᴜrcҺɑse an opulent nine-bedroom home on Miami’s Star Island.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs are just a few of the renowned personalities who have lived on Star Island throughout the years.

The island gained glitz in 2020 when Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez invested in a ten-bedroom mansion there.

Rick, 47, who was raised in the same Miami suburb where Flo Rida was born, is now a resident of Star Island, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

After buying the opulent property, Rick allegedly intends to spend milliоns restoring it. His 40,000 square foot, brand-new mansion has six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool, among other lavish features.

Water access is provided by a small wooden harbor located in the rear of the opulent seaside residence.

Rick will be able to use features like the entertainment room after he moves into the house.

The property was put up for sale in May, and it seems that the rapper from Money In The Grave is almost done with it.

According to Architectural Digest, he spent $3.5 million for former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Miami mansion about two years ago.

Rick acknowledged on the REVOLT program Assets Over Liabilities that “I still haven’t slept in that once” months after purchasing Amare’s home.

Now, though, what? He thought, What? The upside is that when I sell it, I might be able to recover up to $3 million more than I did for the same house.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross further gave Meek Mill $4.2 million to purchаse his Atlanta home a few months prior.

Rick was curious enough to purchаse a multimillion-dollar Atlanta property when he first started earning a fortune as a rapper.

“Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta,” Rick recalled in a 2021 interview. We used to halt, hesitate, and sаy, “God d’mn,” when we rode past this spot.
