Inside Cardi B and Offset’s lavish $50M mansion in Atlanta, where the couple enjoys their wealth after success at work

After an arduous two-year house search, married superstar rappers Offset of Migos and Cardi B have significantly upgraded their residential real estate situation by purchasing a genuine megamansion in Atlanta, Georgia’s affluent Buckhead neighbourhood. Although records do not yet reflect a transfer and it is unknown how much the couple paid, the nearly 6-acre property was last listed for slightly less than $5.8 million.

Cardi B, true to form, has already shared a multi-part house tour with her 56 million Instagram followers, guiding them through every inch of the enormous home while providing colourful, entertaining commentary. The opulent estate features a wine cellar with 1,800 bottles, a children’s playhouse, and even a gun range located in the basement.

The three-story building, situated privately behind gates on a heavily wooded property, features a substantial motorcourt and garage space for at least six vehicles. There are manicured lawns and formal gardens in the front yard, and the pizza delivery person will be awestruck by the home’s towering facade, which is lavishly adorned with soaring columns and moulded architectural embellishments and is accessed by a grandly wide flight of outdoor stairs.

Inside, the foyer is vaguely ecclesiastical in design and scale, with a chandelier the size of an economy car, rows of Corinthian columns, and a glamorous staircase. An enormous living/great room is overlooked by upper-floor Juliet balconies and overlooks the estate’s courtyard via a towering wall with 18 inset windows.

Other rooms include a wood-paneled library/study, a fireplace-equipped family room connected to the eat-in kitchen, and an upstairs master suite with coffered ceilings, a campy four-poster gilded bed, private sitting room with fireplace, spa-style bathroom and his/her dressing room/closet so large that ladders are needed to reach the highest shelves.

In addition, there are four additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a parlour with a wet bar, a games room and a large outdoor terrace with a secondary kitchen for convenient alfresco dining. The rear features rolling lawns, an irregularly shaped infinity pool, multiple fountains, and European-style hedgerows.

The property was reportedly sold by Dr. Rick Kuhlman, a chiropractor who was sentenced to 30 months in prison in 2014 for orchestrating a multimillion-dollar insurance fraud conspiracy. In 2006, Kuhlman and his wife Amanda custom-built the current structure, basing the enormous palazzo on Italian villas they observed while on vacation in Europe.

Cardi B and Offset, who celebrated their second wedding anniversary in the autumn, are two of the most in-demand musicians despite being in their twenties, according to online reports. Their combined net worth may have already surpassed $50 million. They have four number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
