Bryce and Bronny James are proud of father LeBron’s Sierra Canyon win

Bryce James, the younger son of NBA star LeBron James, dazzled at a USC Galen Center high school basketball game. In the first quarter of the Chosen1 Invitational, Bryce played for Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, California) against Coronado (Las Vegas) with his father and family watching.
Five months after a heart attack, Bronny, Bryce’s older brother, returned to basketball on the same floor. Bronny, who just made his USC debut, missed his brother’s game since he was on the road with his team for Sunday’s game against Auburn.

Sierra Canyon maintained their dominance with a 59-point win. They beat Coronado 83–55 on Saturday after taking an early lead. 6-4 shooting guard Bryce James had three assists, eight points (two from beyond the arc), and a 45% field goal percentage in 21 minutes.

Sierra Canyon’s 46-18 halftime lead changed everything. Junior wing Bryce Cofield led the squad in scoring with 21 points, 8 boards, and 7 assists. Sierra Canyon was 10-1 after their superb play. Their next opponent is Burroughs High School in the Santa Barbara Tournament.

As with his brother Bronny, Bryce James is keeping a quiet profile while recruitment. USC and Ohio State were his unofficial visits. Colleges and scouts like his jump shot and soft touch around the hoop.

LeBron James praises Bryce James’ pocket passing.

LeBron James has supported his son throughout his basketball career. The Los Angeles Lakers player praised his younger son Bryce’s basketball skills on Instagram, applauding a pocket pass.

“Maximum pocket pass!” wrote senior James. Really killing it! ELITE pocket pass! Even pros struggle with that move. In Sierra Canyon’s 59-point win, Bryce made several notable plays beyond the pocket pass.

Bryce, a junior, has received offers from Ohio State, Duquesne, and USC due to his constant progress. Bryce is a 3-star recruit at 247Sports owing to his passing and shooting skills.

LeBron James’ praise is more than parental pride; it’s from an accomplished expert. Bryce will improve his skills when he plays high school basketball, paving the road for a professional career.
