Erik Ten has announced the ultimate, the end for Martial at Manchester united

The French striker will be out of action for at least 10 weeks after groin injury surgery.

“Anthony Martial has just completed surgery to completely solve the groin problem. We wish Anthony a quick recovery and look forward to his return,” the MU homepage announced.

The Old Trafford team certainly will not activate the extension clause and let him leave for free at the end of the season.

It is expected that Martial can return in early April when MU welcomes Liverpool at the “Theater of Dreams”. However, coach Ten Hag now only has Rasmus Hojund as a pure number 9 in his hands.

However, it is quite paradoxical to know that Martial is the player with the longest serving time for the club today. He scored 90 goals after 9 seasons with Old Trafford and added 53 assists.
