The 2000 NBA Championship Ring of the late NBA player Kobe Bryant is being auctioned off by his father

The 2000 Los Angeles Lakers NBA championship ring that belongs to Joe “Jellybean” Bryant, the late basketball player Kobe Bryant’s father, is up for auction.

The elder Bryant,69, posted a listing for the 40-diamond, 14K gold ring on the online auction platform Goldin on March 9. It features the phrases “LAKERS,” “WORLD CHAMPIONS,” and “BRYANT” in addition to his gold jersey number, “8.” Nevertheless, Kobe ordered an identical replica of the ring especially for his father and kept the original for himself, thus this isn’t the original.

The Los Angeles club and Kobe had a remarkable 2000 season when they defeated the Indiana Pacers in a six-game series to win the NBA Championship. During his legendary tenure with the Lakers, Kobe won five championships in all over the course of his career.
