LeBron James revealed during the NBA Playoffs that he saw The Godfather six times during the Cavaliers’ run and that he saw The Godfather Part II before to defeating the Warriors by 41 points in Game 6 of the Finals. Coincidentally, LeBron is a big fan of the film and appreciates that it’s about “family and so many other things.”

On July 4, which isn’t usually a day to see movies about an Italian mob family, LeBron is watching it again with his family today. LeBron is undoubtedly feeling a little more driven today, though, after Kevin Durant also declared his intention to sign with the Golden State Warriors today.
