Arsenal fans were stunned when they saw Ben White working out in the weight room before the season

It looks like BEN WHITE has been busy this summer.

The Arsenal back did not go to Germany with England for their Euro 2024 match.

From the weights he was using, it looked like he spent most of his summer break making himself stronger.

As the Gunners did some pre-season gym work, fans were shocked to see White, 26, chest press two 40 kg dumbbells.

Someone said on Arsenal’s Instagram post, “Throwing 80 kg up, my guy.”

“Ben White pressing 40 kgs, my kind of guy,” said someone else.

Someone else wrote, “Benny with the 40s.”

Gabriel Jesus, a Brazilian striker, had a pair of 22.5 kg weights.

Before he joined Thomas Partey and Ethan Nwaneri on the exercise bikes, Martin Odegaard also looked very fit.

White almost certainly would have made England’s team based on his skills.

He left the Qatar World Cup for “personal reasons,” though, and hasn’t played for England since.

Gareth Southgate said after choosing his team, “He’s clearly on form. I can’t sit here and say he doesn’t deserve to be here.”
