He has won the Premier League twice in a row, the Champions League, the FA Cup, and the World Cup and Copa America with Argentina.

Last season, Alvarez, 24, played more minutes than most City players. However, he has claimed that he wasn’t picked for the most important games.

After being kicked out of the Olympics, he said he would think about his future. According to The Mirror, Arsenal is now on high alert.

The Gunners really like Alvarez, but they might not be willing to pay what City wants.

Pep Guardiola has said in the past that he would never stop an unhappy player from going, but the Citizens want £80 million for Alvarez.

After spending a lot of money on Riccardo Calafiori and David Raya, Arsenal wasn’t going to spend a lot more on a big name player, but they were said to be willing to do so for Alvarez.

Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah, two academy grads who have been linked to Leicester and Marseille, could help pay for the move.

Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Atletico Madrid are also interested in Alvarez after his mysterious move news.

“Last season, I played more minutes than any other City player,” he said.

“But it’s true; you don’t like missing important games in the end.” You want to make a difference.

“I haven’t had time to calm down and think about what I want to do.”

“I’ll give myself time to think about what I want after the Olympics.” We’ll see what happens next.
