Arsenal’s Leandro Trossard suffered an injury during Belgium’s Nations League loss to Israel.
Mikel Arteta is already dealing with injury issues, as both Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice have withdrawn from England’s latest Nations League team.
Torssard was replaced only 37 minutes into the game, exacerbating the Gunners’ injury headache.
The north London side faces another challenging international break after losing Riccardo Calafiori and Martin Odegaard in September.
During the October international break, wingers Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli sustained injuries.

Bukayo Saka, who suffered an injury on England duty in October, was unable to finish Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea
Declan Rice played despite a broken toe against Chelsea.
In November, the Gunners have seen Leandro Trossard hauled off and Ben White poised to miss time, despite not being selected by England.
Domenico Tedesco, speaking after Belgium’s loss, acknowledged that the Arsenal winger was hauled off due to injury, saying, “It was a difficult game for a number of reasons.”
‘We brought out players who had never played or trained together before.
‘There were several injuries prior to the game, and we also lost Trossard and [Zeno] Debast during the game. It wasn’t a good game, but the conditions were extremely challenging.
Trossard is now expected to join Riccardo Calafiori on the injured list, having not played since Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk in October.
White, the England full-back, is expected to miss up to eight weeks after undergoing surgery to treat a long-term knee ailment.

Ben White had knee surgery and will miss up to eight weeks.
Mikel Arteta is also without long-term absentee Takehiro Tomiyasu, who has played just once in the league this season.
Declan Rice, who is receiving painkillers for a fractured toe, may not return to Arsenal’s starting lineup after the international break. He could face Chelsea.
And if Arsenal are without Saka, Trossard’s injury will be much more serious, leaving the Gunners with only Raheem Sterling and Martinelli as senior wingers.
The Gunners have had a mixed start to the season, hindered by both injuries and red cards.
Arteta’s side has got three red cards thus far, with Rice and Trossard being sent out in draws against Brighton and Manchester City, respectively.
William Saliba was sent off against Bournemouth as the Gunners lost 2-0 at the Vitality Stadium.
That has left them fourth in the league, nine points behind leaders Liverpool, who have only lost once this season under new manager Arne Slot.
And, with injury issues appearing to worsen, Mikel Arteta will need to get his team moving in the right path sooner rather than later if they are to maintain a title threat.
