Arsenal set asking price for 24-year-old ace wanted by ten clubs

As many as ten clubs from across Europe are interested in acquiring Arsenal defensive talent Jakub Kiwior. According to a report from CaughtOffside, Arsenal is expecting multiple proposals for a potential transfer, with three clubs already reaching out to inquire about Kiwior’s availability.

Kiwior made a name for himself at Italian club Spezia, where his consistent performances and significant potential earned him a move to Arsenal in early 2023. However, his time with the North London club hasn’t fully materialized, as he has only featured in 48 matches, many of which were brief appearances off the bench. While the Polish international has not disappointed Mikel Arteta when given the chance, he finds himself far down the pecking order.

Able to play both left-back and center-back, Kiwior is behind William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, Jurrien Timber, and Riccardo Calafiori for playing time. The 24-year-old is frustrated by his lack of minutes and is considering his future, despite having over three years left on his contract with Arsenal.

The clubs interested in signing Kiwior include Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Bologna, Sevilla, Villarreal, and Marseille, with a notable concentration of interest from Italy due to his previous success in Serie A.

While all ten clubs are interested, AC Milan, Napoli, and Sevilla have made initial inquiries about his availability. Arsenal has yet to decide on Kiwior’s future, but reports suggest that a fee of around €40-45 million could persuade them to sell. Although Arsenal prefers a permanent transfer, most interested clubs are looking to sign him on loan, with Napoli and Sevilla explicitly asking for loan arrangements.
