Arsenal to be ‘offered a chance to sign £76m-rated PSG star on loan in January’ as cover for Bukayo Saka, who is set to be out until MARCH with a hamstring tear
According to reports, Arsenal can sign a PSG forward on loan to cover for Bukayo Saka. After being substituted twenty-four minutes into Saturday’s match against Crystal Palace, the Gunners left Selhurst Park on crutches.
The England player may not return until early March, according to Mikel Arteta, who subsequently stated that Saka would miss “many weeks” due to a hamstring injury. Given that captain Martin Odegaard has already missed several games due to injury earlier in the season, the news represents a serious setback to Arsenal’s title chances.
Since Saka is expected to be sidelined for a long time, there has been much conjecture about whether Arteta may try to increase his alternatives when the transfer market opens next month.
The Standard reports that some teams, including Arsenal, will have the opportunity to sign PSG forward Randal Kolo Muani on loan for the rest of the season.
